About Our Team

Heather, founder and owner of Chilivetis Fine Homes, is a real estate broker who resides in the Greater Houston Heights, inside the loop and specializes in residential sales throughout the Houston Metro area. Heather and her team of expert partners have been helping buyers and sellers in this great market for years.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from the University of Texas in Austin and holds several prestigious real estate certifications. She has a Certified Negotiating Expert designation, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and has also earned membership with the Million Dollar Guild (GUILD) with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing! Members of the GUILD are top-notch real estate professionals whom have proven success in the million dollar and above market.

After much success as a real estate agent, in 2015, Heather took the enormous step to achieving her broker’s license. As a licensed real estate broker in Texas, she raises the bar in excellence when it comes to servicing her clients with competency, loyalty and efficiency.

In her life before real estate, Heather, was the Director of Corporate Communications for the US Operations of a multi-billion dollar, global cement and concrete company. She is a highly skilled professional who upholds the highest standards in ethics and care when helping her clients.

While Heather has sold houses throughout the Greater Houston area (including outlying areas such as Sugar Land, Katy, Missouri City and Conroe), she resides in the Greater Houston Heights – and is an amazing local neighborhood guide.  She loves her neighborhood and knows about everything to do, see and places to eat in the community.  She enjoys jogging and riding her bike on the trail to all of the fun, whether its coffee at EQ Heights, Crisp for brunch, lunch at Harold’s, Cedar Creek, or wine on the Patio at Wicklow Heights, live music happy hour at the Rainbow Lodge, Shopping at the Heights Epicurean Market, the Farmer’s and Artisan Market, Eleonora’s – and the shops on 19th Street for all of the events.  Heather knows the area and would be happy to show you around.

Heather and her husband Steve, who is a real estate investor, have fallen in love with the area. Their two lil critters: Cricket and Bandit are happy residence, too.

Heather believes in giving back to her community and has been a dedicated volunteer for many charitable organizations in the City for years. Currently, she proudly volunteers for the American Red Cross on the Disaster Action Team, helping victims of fires on the road to recovery. Heather’s other charitable volunteer efforts included: serving as Houston Museum of Fine Arts Guild Member spending much time assisting the Museum with activities and events; serving West U citizens as a proud member of the good neighbor team and on the Board of Directors for the Friends of West U Parks as the Public Relations chair.

Much of Heather’s success stems from her belief that communication is the cornerstone to any successful business transaction. She will listen and ask questions so she fully understands her clients’ goals, and then she does everything possible to help achieve them. This means keeping herself accessible and responding quickly. She is always available. In Heather’s work ethics, there is no such thing as 9-5. She works 24/7.

She uses her technology skills to complement her people skills and her enviable ability to get the most challenging transactions closed using her real estate knowledge and her seemingly flawless techniques of inspiring cooperation and smooth transitions. Heather has developed keen negotiation skills and can guide you through this process.

Heather is a loyal, enthusiastic and highly motivated real estate broker, who aspires to exceed her clients’ expectations. Let her exceed yours!
